About Kelly
It is a profound honor and joy to walk alongside so many individuals on their healing path coming back into mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. My own life journey set me on a path of “seeking” and looking for deeper answers and solutions to inner turmoil from a very young age. Having incredible teachers, guides, therapists, mentors, animal and natural world relationships have all been transformational supports in my life.
My approach is relational, trauma informed, creative and collaborative. This type of inner work can be challenging, but often is enjoyable, engaging and even fun!
In my spare time, I love exploring the PNW beauty, trail running, dancing, playing sports, enjoying friends and nerding out on books and podcasts. I have an amazing partner and 2 rambunctious cats that I share my home and time with outside of work.

I look forward to working along side you in your healing journey.
“When the body calls us back, we begin to find that we have a partner on the spiritual path that we didn’t know about—the body itself. In our meditation and in our surrounding lives, the body becomes a teacher.”

“Kelly’s depth of knowledge for IFS matches her depth of love/care for the people she works with. Between that and her warm presence, I always feel safe and supported in our sessions. Prior to working with Kelly, my only therapeutic experience was purely cognitive based, and I felt like something was missing.
Now, I feel that I am learning to bridge the gap between my mind and body, as well as my parts, and begin to live with more understanding and overall integration. I value how incredible Kelly is at helping me to help my hurting parts feel seen and supported as I learn more about myself, my patterns, and my wellness.” – Client
